We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made the day of the event are non-refundable.
   

This policy applies to all horse sessions, tutoring sessions, parties, special events, festivals, and fundraisers.

In the case of emergency circumstances, we are happy to discuss the possibility of rescheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
